Rafael Fernández Founder Partner
Economist and Industrial Psychologist, was Director of Human
Resources in La Caixa till 1980, since then he has been
leading the project of Triem Executive Search, coordinating
consultants and participating in the positions of Human
Resources, Financial Management and General Management for
our clients.
Daniel Costa Managing Partner
Graduated in Philosophy and Master in Management of Knowledge
by ESADE, is related to the company since 1994, he started
as documentary make an then move to Researcher, Junior
Consultant, Senior Consultant. Responsible for the office
in Madrid and since 2010 Managing PARTNER. Natural
entrepreneur, also manages other businesses. Is specialist
in Private Banking, IT and FMCGP.

Graduated in Journalism, speaks fluently 5 languages,
manages the research team since 2011, participates
in the definition of the tactical search and recruitment
